Seitan Reuben

1 Package Freja’s Foods Seitan Slices & Freja’s Original Sauce

1 Tbs Margarine

¼ Onion Sliced (more if desired)

½ Cup Saurkraut (drained)

Black pepper to taste

Rye Bread

Vegan Mayonaise

Mustard

Preparation

Saute Onion in margarine until transparent. Add Seitan. Stirring often, cook until browned and onions begin to carmelize. Add sauce packet and cook until most liquid is absorbed. Add saurkraut and pepper. Cook until Saurkraut it fully heated. Toast or grill Rye Bread and coat one side with mustard & mayo. Top with hot Reuben filling. Serve hot. Garnish with a pickle. Enjoy!
